Drafting and responding to discovery
Preparing for and conducting depositions
Conducting mediations
Preparing motions
Conducting trial preparation

Skills

Excellent writing and analytical skills
Experience in drafting and responding to discovery
Experience preparing for and conducting depositions
Experience in mediations, motions and trial preparation
Active license to practice law in the state of California
Member in good standing with the state bar
Must reside in California
Experience defending construction defect, commercial, general and professional liability matters
Familiarity with standard legal billing practices
