Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on legal proceedings and client communication. The role involves drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and representing clients in court appearances.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and firm staff regularly
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, petitions, responses, briefs, and other filings
- Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
- Prepare for and attend court appearances (oral arguments, hearings, conferences) in Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Lehigh, Schuylkill, Carbon, Northampton, Monroe, Luzerne, and other PA counties as needed

- Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
- Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
- Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with a dynamic and diverse team of experienced professionals
- Juris Doctor
- Bar membership in Pennsylvania
- Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
