Associate Business Services Analyst

Conagra Brands is a company with a rich heritage of making great food, and they are seeking an Associate Business Services Analyst to empower functional partners and drive process improvements. The role involves translating business needs into actionable deliverables and contributing to enterprise data and AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of modernizing data processes and standards
• Assist with gathering and interpreting data using various levels of problem-solving
• Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions that drive outcomes
• Create reporting and metrics; present analysis that drives action and resolution
• Work across functions and partner with multiple levels of the organization
• Document business processes and recommend process improvements
• Document business context and requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams
• Automate consumer activities through Salesforce functionality to improve efficiency and compliance
• Organize and prioritize multiple activities while serving as liaison for internal and external partners
• Work independently and within cross-functional teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Self‑starter who works independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Capacity to learn new business processes, trending models, and tools quickly
• Thrive in a fun, agile, fast‑paced business environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Entry‑level experience with Salesforce, Power Platform, and data applications
• Entry‑level presentation experience
