As an Associate Customer Care Representative specializing in this area, you'll play an instrumental role in ensuring our customers get the most out of their investment management solutions.   • Product Mastery: Complete our comprehensive formal onboarding program and engage in continued learning to develop extensive product knowledge, with particular emphasis on our Investment Manager Services and platform capabilities.

  • Team Collaboration: Work within a small, dedicated team to manage an allocated queue of customer requests efficiently and effectively.

  • Multi-Channel Support: Provide timely, professional responses to customer support inquiries through phone and email, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards of quality.

  • Customer Education: Deliver product training sessions to customers, helping them increase their knowledge and proficiency with the Investment Manager platform.

  • Queue Management: Maintain an organized and prioritized queue of open support requests, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all customers receive timely follow-up.

  • Service Excellence: Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive, memorable service in every interaction, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

  • Trusted Advisory: Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their long-term satisfaction with arenaflex.

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage Intercom to manage all customer interactions and inquiries efficiently, maintaining detailed records and ensuring seamless communication.

  • Visual Support: Utilize Zoom and similar video conferencing tools to provide efficient face-to-face customer service, building stronger personal connections.

  • Product Improvement: Provide valuable, actionable feedback to our Product team based on client interactions, helping shape the future of our Investment Manager platform.

  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as an arenaflex brand ambassador in every interaction, creating promoters within the investment management industry who sing our praises.

  • Continuous Development: Receive direction from your Manager and ongoing guidance from fellow Investment Manager team members as you grow in your role.

What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding our team members fairly and comprehensively. The hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $20.50 - $25.50 per hour. The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate's skills, education, experience, and qualifications.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
