Capital One, a Fortune Magazine '100 Best Companies to Work For,' is seeking an innovative and data-driven Marketing Associate for the Branded Card Acquisitions team. This role involves leading the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns to support direct mail marketing efforts for Small Business Owner acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of ongoing mail acquisition campaigns and testing initiatives for the Small Business Owner acquisitions, cross-market and proactive multicard audiences segments
- Serve as key liaison for and collaborate with cross-functional teams including partners from: Marketing & Analysis, Creative, Operations/Production, Legal etc
- Collaborate with direct mail leaders and audience-specific analyst teams to understand business performance of the audience
- Build on analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing/ testing strategies to fit goals
- Synthesize research insights, marketing trends, competitive landscape, and macro external factors to identify new strategic recommendations to improve results and Brand impact
- Influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking through excellent communication
- Report and share results cross-team and cross-enterprise in both formal and informal presentation styles
- Work proactively in an agile environment and identify when to work outside the process in whitespace
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of experience in project or process management
- At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing
- At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes and working with creative teams and/or cross-functional teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience in financial services marketing
- Experience interpreting the impact of marketing campaigns
