Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly-organized, hands-on operator to drive execution across the business and support company expansion. 

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-in-the-weeds role focused on keeping initiatives moving, teams aligned and priorities executed.  You will work directly with leadership to ensure direction is translated into clear action and followed through to completion.


Core Responsibilities

1.  Execution & Project Management

     Own day-to-day coordination of company initiatives across marketing, operations, compliance and expansion.

     Build and maintain timeines, task lists and deliverables.

     Follow up consistently to ensure accountability and completion.

     Identify bottlenecks and solve problems in real time.

     Drive projects from idea to execution to completion.

     Implement and manage project tracking systems (Asana, dashboards, reporting tools).

     Improve organization, communication and workflow across teams.

2.  Leadership Alignment & Accountability

     Serve as the primary point  of coordination between leadership and internal teams.

     Translate direction into clear tasks, priorities and timelines.

     Ensure team members are accountable to deliverables and deadlines.

     Maintain visibility across all active initiatives and escalate issues when needed.

     Ensure priorities are executed with urgency and consistency.

3.  Expansion Support & Coordination

     Coordinate with internal and external teams on in-state and out-of-state expansion efforts.

     Track licensing, compliance, operational and technical milestones.

     Keep expansion initiatives organized, on schedule and moving forward.

     Identify gaps and coordinate next steps to maintain progress.

4.  Regulatory & Licensing Coordination

     Maintain and update internal tracking for state-level regulatory and licensing requirements.

     Monitor for key regulatory changes impacting operations or expansion.

     Coordinate with legal and regulatory partners as needed.

     Provide clear, concise summaries to leadership for decision making.

5.  Marketing Coordination & Performance Oversight

     Work with the marketing team to ensure initiatives are aligned with company priorities.

     Help prioritize campaigns, events, and projects based on business goals.

     Ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

     Track high-level performance and ensure marketing budgets are developed, monitored and reported

        to leadership.

6.  Systems & Organization

     Implement and maintain operational tracking systems and dashboards.

     Standardize processes and improve internal workflows.

     Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments.

     Create structure and visibility so nothing fall through the cracks.


Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

College Degree

Highly organized and execution-focused

Strong follow-through and accountability mindset

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously

Clear and direct communicator with both leadership and team members

Experience in operations, project management or similar execution-focused roles

Ability to bring structure, organization and accountability to growing teams.
