Role Responsibilities
• Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development
• Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design
• Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems
• Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer
• Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements
• Stay current with emerging trends in stem cell and molecular biology to inform project goals and training content

Good Candidature
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
• Solid background in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques
• Familiarity with data analysis, interpretation, and quality assurance in a scientific context
• Proven attention to detail with a commitment to scientific rigor and data integrity
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment

Nice To Have
• Experience with rubric design, evaluation, or scientific data annotation
• Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD) in a relevant biological field
