- Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat platforms.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the issue.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Document interactions accurately in the system with attention to detail.
- Meet or exceed performance KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to international customers across various time zones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support software, chat systems, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup.
- A calm and empathetic approach to dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
- Typing speed of at least 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based environment.
- Freshers with excellent English writing skills and the right attitude will also be considered.
- Working Hours
- Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)
- Monday to Saturday (1 day off per week – rotational)
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth understanding of customer service practices and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of help desk systems and chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
- Adaptability to changing technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of customer inquiries during peak hours.
