CCC Intelligent Solutions is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, and they are seeking a motivated Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. The role involves proactive client engagement, training, territory growth, and collaboration with sales and implementation teams to maximize value.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers
- Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates
- Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue
- Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution
- Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements
- Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory
Skills
- College Degree Preferred
- 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
- Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
