Position Overview

Key Responsibilities



  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services through telephone communication, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Essential Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience assessing and addressing client needs, solving client issues, or similar customer service roles. This experience can be demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: relevant work experience, training, military experience, or education.

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools effectively to find information.
