Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based contractor role for a Cold Caller / Sales Contractor, operating under a 1099 structure. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching Trinity Care Systems, identifying sales opportunities, and successfully closing deals. Additional tasks may include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on prospects, and assisting in client onboarding.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage potential clients effectively and address inquiries confidently
• Sales experience, including lead generation and closing deals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and tracking client data
• Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and training resources effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in a commission-based or contractor role is a plus
