Curriculum Developer/Instructor

• *Overview**

Opportunity for a Curriculum Developer/Instructor, to design, develop and deliver two AI Workshops. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in instructional design to create innovative programs.
• *Duties
• Develop comprehensive curricula and instructional materials for a business-focused audience, who possess various levels of technical background.
• Utilize ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) methodology to create effective training programs
• Design and produce engaging e-learning content using leading-edge tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) for interactive capabilities.
• Manage development cycles from conception through delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality standards
• Implement curriculum updates and enhancements based on learner feedback and assessment data
• Deliver instructor-led workshops and training sessions, using Blackboard or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly, ensuring clarity and engagement across all delivery methods
• *Skills
• Strong expertise in instructional design principles, including curriculum development and learning strategies
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms
• Experience with learning technology tools like Adobe Captivate, SCORM packages, and other authoring software
• Excellent communication skills for clear content development, presentation delivery, and stakeholder collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to teach and facilitate learning in classroom settings or virtual environments
• Writing skills capable of producing clear, concise instructional materials tailored for diverse audiences
• Some background in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or other similar technologies is a plus.
