The Role: Customer Care Advisor

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise: Represent arenaflex as a knowledgeable expert during a series of calls to customers, clearly explaining our financing options, software products, and the benefits of sustainable home solutions. Your deep understanding of our offerings will instill confidence in homeowners considering solar panels, battery storage, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and other eco-friendly upgrades.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills. Every interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations and create lasting positive impressions of the arenaflex brand.
- Product Education & Upselling: Offer additional arenaflex products and services to customers that may benefit from our comprehensive suite of sustainable solutions. - System Documentation: Update arenaflex systems meticulously to ensure each interaction with a customer is well documented, creating a seamless experience for subsequent team members and enabling data-driven improvements to our processes.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle issues with diplomacy, tact, and professionalism to ensure that every customer is happy with their experience with arenaflex. Your ability to navigate challenging conversations with grace will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Escalation Management: Recognize when issues require escalation to management and ensure customer concerns are explained effectively and clearly. Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex situations and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Experience: 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Your background should demonstrate proven success in building relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly desired but not required. A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable technology is essential, with a willingness to learn our specialized products and processes.
- Communication Excellence: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that enable you to connect with diverse customers, explain complex concepts simply, and build trust quickly.
- Customer Empathy: Demonstrates ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion. You understand that purchasing sustainable home solutions is a significant decision for families.
