Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative specializing in retirement products at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our customer service operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Operating Hours: Our call center operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time. You must be available to work any shift within this window, Monday through Friday. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability needs.
