As a Customer Engagement Representative (Bilingual) in our hybrid role, you will be a key player in our Roadrunner Servicing Center in Irving, Texas, working from our Remote office and home. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and support, driving success in our growing portfolio of Powersports loans, and helping customers achieve their passions.

- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Engagement Representative (Bilingual), you will be responsible for:
- Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Processing phone payments and conducting outbound customer interview calls
- Communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channels
- Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan
- Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals
- Complying with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio
- Collection experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus
- Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
