About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, interacting directly with customers via phone and email to address their questions, concerns, and order-related needs. Your role is critical in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

This position offers a predictable and stable schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to our team's success. You'll work on-site in a small team environment where everyone knows each other by name, fostering genuine relationships and a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Professionally answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails regarding orders, product inquiries, and general questions. You'll be the voice and face of arenaflex, representing our commitment to customer satisfaction with every interaction.


• Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency. You'll ensure all transactions are completed correctly while maintaining detailed records that keep our operations running smoothly.


• Documentation & Organization: Maintain organized and accurate records using digital tools such as ShipStation, Finale, Gmail, and Google Drive. Attention to detail is essential as you manage documentation, projects, and inventory organization.


• Product Knowledge Development: Learn and retain detailed information about more than 300 products in our inventory. Your expertise will enable you to confidently assist customers and provide accurate recommendations.


• Equipment Operation: Operate basic office equipment including counting scales, label printers, and inkjet printers. You'll become proficient in using various tools that keep our daily operations efficient.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues will contribute to our collective success.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required. We value educational background but prioritize attitude and willingness to learn equally.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. You'll interact with customers daily, so the capacity to convey information clearly, professionally, and courteously is paramount.
• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively with team members is crucial. A positive, approachable demeanor will serve you well in this role.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions precisely. In our industry, precision matters—both in the products we manufacture and the service we provide.
• Technical Proficiency: Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is required. Comfort with technology and digital tools is essential for success in this position.
• Adaptability: A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn new technologies. Our team embraces innovation, and we need someone who shares that mindset.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25–30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods. You'll be active in our operations, so physical capability is important.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, in accordance with company policy and industry standards.
• Availability: Full-time availability is required. You must be able to commit to the Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.
