As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer support team, assisting enthusiasts who are eager to buy products to restore their dream cars. Sometimes customers need additional help with their orders, have questions about our products, or need action taken to resolve concerns. This is where you come in!

What You'll Do

As a member of the Customer Service team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, helping customers navigate their restoration journeys. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Assist customers over phone, email, and live chat with their orders, answering questions, and problem-solving to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Order Management: Work within our computer system to place and research customer orders, as well as document conversations and actions taken to resolve issues.

  • Customer Advocacy: Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued.

  • Positive Experience Delivery: Pitch in where needed to drive a positive customer experience and contribute to our team goals.

  • Product Learning: Commit to learning about our processes and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and self-improvement opportunities to enhance your skills.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Customer Ownership: A natural tendency to take responsibility for customers and see their issues through to resolution.

  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems. Previous experience with CRM software is a plus but not required.

  • Process Commitment: A willingness to learn about our processes and procedures to provide consistent, high-quality support.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and solving problems with a positive attitude.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

  • Online Shopping Experience: Personal experience with online shopping, which helps you understand the customer perspective.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work various schedules, with highest priority need being Monday - Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):


  • Previous experience in a call center environment (helpful but not necessary – we provide comprehensive training!).

  • Automotive restoration experience or knowledge (this is a plus, though this role focuses more on assisting customers with orders while our Project Advisors help customers determine the best products for their projects).

Work Schedule & Location

We understand that work-life balance is important, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options:

  • Schedule Flexibility: There are a number of schedules available for different times of the day.
  • Primary Need: Monday - Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST (highest priority).
  • Work Location: Choose between our Pottstown, PA office or a remote position.
  • Remote Requirements: If working remotely, you'll need access to a minimum speed internet connection, a distraction-free environment, and a dedicated workspace. Computers will be provided by arenaflex.
