Position Overview: Customer Service Advisor (Remote)


We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisors to work fully remotely from home. As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public who have been referred to our services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound telephone calls, assisting callers with booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments through our sophisticated booking system. This role is essential to ensuring that every individual receives the support they need in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities


As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be expected to:


  • Handle inbound telephone calls from members of the public who have been referred to our services and require appointment assistance

  • Book new appointments accurately using our dedicated booking system, ensuring all details are captured correctly

  • Reschedule existing appointments as required, accommodating caller preferences while maintaining system integrity

  • Cancel appointments when requested, following proper protocols and documenting reasons appropriately

  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding throughout every interaction

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy when inputting and retrieving information from our booking systems

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing call volumes while meeting productivity targets

  • Demonstrate professional telephone manner at all times, representing arenaflex with positivity and integrity

  • Empathise with callers who may be experiencing frustration or distress, offering reassurance and support

  • Understand and respect caller needs, adapting your approach to provide personalized assistance

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery across all interactions

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding caller information and system data at all times

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong telephone manner – polite, professional, and friendly approach to every caller

  • Empathy and emotional intelligence – the ability to understand and share the feelings of callers while remaining professional

  • Accuracy and attention to detail – ensuring all booking details are entered correctly first time

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment – ability to handle high call volumes without compromising quality

  • Time management skills – efficiently managing call duration while maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Basic computer literacy – comfortable navigating booking systems and learning new software

  • Self-motivation and discipline – thriving while working independently from home

  • Reliable home office setup – stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and appropriate equipment

  • Availability to work full-time hours – typically 35-40 hours per week

Preferred Experience and Attributes


While not strictly required, the following would be advantageous for candidates:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in telephone-based positions

  • Experience handling inbound calls in a call centre or similar environment

  • Familiarity with booking systems or scheduling software

  • Background in appointment scheduling or customer support

  • Experience working remotely or from home

Compensation and Benefits Package
