Position Overview: Be the First Line of Defense for Our Members
As a Customer Service Advocate I at arenaflex, you will serve as the first-line advocate focused on resolving inquiries, issues, and concerns for our members and healthcare providers. - Performance Standards: Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics, continuously striving to meet and exceed expectations in your role.
- Multi-Channel Support: Provide exceptional customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, via live chats, and through email correspondence, adapting your communication style to each channel.
- Documentation: Document all member and provider information and communications accurately for quality and performance tracking through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, ensuring detailed and organized records.
- Compliance: Remain up-to-date and adhere to quality standards, regulations, and all policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in every interaction.
- Continuous Learning: Perform other duties as assigned and maintain flexibility to support team needs as our organization grows and evolves.
Qualifications We're Seeking
Education Requirements
