As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with passengers, team members, and station leadership to ensure seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Checking in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates
  • Patiently handling customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling
  • Knowledgeably answering inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they arise
  • Making announcements at the gate or over the general PA system regarding flight activity
  • Being responsible for all flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and baggage handling processes, minimizing delays and disruptions
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about flight schedules, fares, and other relevant information to answer passenger inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with team members, station leadership, and airport vendors to ensure seamless flight operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems relevant to the role
  • High school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for some airports)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, including an extensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • Knowledge of airline operations and ground handling procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull on a frequent basis and for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with jet and machinery noises
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis
