We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Experience:** + Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.+ Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.+ Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- **Operations:** + Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.+ Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.+ Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- **Store Maintenance:** + Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised.+ Take inventory and maintain records.+ Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
- **Asset Protection:** + Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.+ Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
- **Visual Merchandising:** + Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.+ Complete resets and revisions as directed.
- **Photo Services:** + Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.+ Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
- **Web Pick-up:** + Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus.+ Fill orders (pick items).+ Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- **Store Maintenance:** + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
- Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
