  • Multi-Channel Communication: Answering a high volume of phone calls, emails, and live chat messages daily, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.

  • Order Management: Tracking orders promptly and accurately while maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transaction details.

  • Sales Opportunities: Recognizing and responding to cross-sell and upsell opportunities presented during order calls or email requests, contributing to company revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience.

  • Problem Resolution: Resolving customer service issues promptly and accurately, following prescribed company guidelines and implementing solutions designed to retain customer loyalty and promote positive brand perception.

  • Order Verification: Assisting with order verification processes, including handling damaged or lost package claims and coordinating efficient reshipments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Home Office Setup: Must have a dedicated office space equipped with a reliable computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and a professional headset for clear communication.

  • Availability: Must be willing to work the standard shift of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

  • Remote Experience: Must have at least six months of experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.

  • Customer Service Background: Must have a minimum of two years' experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, phone calls, chat, and social media channels.

  • Technical Proficiency: Must have at least one year of experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system.

  • Computer Skills: Must possess strong computer skills and demonstrate excellent data-entry and keyboard proficiency.

  • Metrics Experience: Must have experience working with performance metrics such as handle time, quality assurance scores, customer satisfaction ratings, and other key performance indicators.

  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work overtime hours and weekend shifts during peak holiday seasons to support our customers during their busiest shopping periods.

  • Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual capabilities are considered a strong plus.
