About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate I, you will be expected to perform a wide range of duties to support the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales Transactions: Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency. Process payments, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and ensure that all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a balanced register and report any discrepancies immediately.

  • Asset Protection: Maintain strict security of all cash and company assets. Follow loss prevention protocols to prevent theft and ensure the safety of both customers and associates. Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to store management promptly.

  • Stock Management: Keep the store well-stocked and organized by restocking shelves, displays, and backroom inventory. Receive merchandise shipments and assist with unloading trucks in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that products are properly rotated and dated to maintain freshness and quality.

  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store. This includes cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring that all areas are neat and presentable. Physical Requirements

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the store for extended periods. Candidates must be able to:



  • Lift items weighing between 30 and 50 pounds from floor level to above shoulder height

  • Meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling

  • Perform repetitive lifting motions throughout the shift

  • Move safely and efficiently throughout the store, including backroom areas, sales floor, and stockroom
