What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders—the friendly voice they hear when they need help with their insurance coverage. Your role is crucial in building trust and maintaining the strong relationships that have made arenaflex a household name. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Policyholder Support: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring each policyholder feels valued and heard

  • Billing Questions: Help customers understand their bills, process payments, and resolve any billing concerns or discrepancies

  • Policy Changes: Assist customers with updating their coverage, adding or removing vehicles, changing addresses, and modifying policy details

  • Recommendations: Provide knowledgeable guidance on insurance products and coverage options that meet each customer's unique needs

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues when necessary, and follow through to ensure satisfactory resolutions

  • Relationship Building: Demonstrate the value of being insured with arenaflex through personalized, attentive service that fosters long-term loyalty

  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, policy changes, and account updates in our computer systems

Compensation and Financial Security

  • Hourly Rate: $21.34 per hour

  • Annual Salary: $43,000.10 annually

  • Growth Potential: Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year, and top performers can see increases up to 15% or more!
