What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

At arenaflex, no two days are exactly alike. You'll be handling a dynamic mix of customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone calls, chat conversations, and email correspondence. Core Responsibilities

  • Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage approximately 50-60 customer interactions per shift in a fast-paced, structured environment. Stay energized and focused while maintaining your commitment to quality service.

  • Navigate Post-Order Issues Gracefully: Help customers with shipping questions, damage reports, returns, exchanges, assembly services, order notifications, and delivery updates. No two issues are the same, which keeps the work engaging and varied.

  • Resolve Problems on First Contact: Use your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns completely during the first interaction. Leverage internal resources and tools to find the best solution every time.

  • Practice Active Listening and Empathy: Truly hear what customers are saying. Understand their concerns, acknowledge their frustrations, and demonstrate that you genuinely care about resolving their issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and understand both Spanish and English fluently. Bilingual ability is essential for serving our diverse customer base.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent. Comfortable navigating multiple applications, browsers, and digital tools simultaneously.

  • Assessment Requirements: Qualified applicants must pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous customer service experience in retail, e-commerce, or contact center environments

  • Experience handling high-volume phone calls or live chat interactions

  • Background in troubleshooting and problem resolution
