What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline of healthcare member support, handling inbound and outbound communications via phone and digital channels. - Provide comprehensive inbound customer support to members seeking assistance with their healthcare insurance inquiries, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and precision
- Address benefit-related questions including coverage details, copays, deductibles, in-network providers, and explanation of benefits documents
- Verify member eligibility and accurately interpret plan details to provide members with the information they need to make informed healthcare decisions
- Process appeals and grievances with attention to detail, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Troubleshoot medical device issues by working with members to identify problems, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with appropriate resources for resolution
- Assess all inbound communications to accurately and efficiently address member needs while maintaining a strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset

- Basic computer navigation skills including proficiency with Windows-based systems, web browsers, email applications, and standard productivity software

- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence to be eligible for this remote position
