Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative II to work in a hybrid capacity supporting our Region 4 customers and dealers. This role combines the best of both worlds: the collaboration and community of working onsite at our arenaflex Financial location, along with the flexibility of working from home. You'll be the frontline of our customer support, handling inbound inquiries about parts, orders, and our online purchasing platform.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19/hour, with exciting opportunities for growth through retention bonuses at 6, 12, and 18 months, as well as structured pay increases at 6, 12, and 24 months of employment. What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional support to our customers and dealers across Region 4. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Here's what a typical day looks like:


  • Handle Inbound Customer Calls: Respond to incoming calls from arenaflex customers and dealers inquiring about parts orders, product availability, pricing, and other items available for purchase on our online platform.

  • Proactive Outreach: Make occasional outbound calls to research, investigate, and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring every issue is resolved thoroughly and efficiently.

  • Order Management: Assist customers with navigating our e-commerce platform, placing orders, tracking shipments, and addressing any order-related concerns.

  • Problem Resolution: Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to address complex customer issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management system.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, parts, and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Our Contact Center operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST. You'll handle approximately 15-20 calls per day, allowing you to build meaningful connections while maintaining a manageable workload. Occasionally, you may be asked to work Saturdays during peak periods, giving you the chance to earn additional compensation.

Work Schedule & Hybrid Flexibility

  • Minimum 2 days onsite at arenaflex Financial in Urbandale, IA (Tuesdays are required, with Wednesdays or Thursdays preferred)

  • 3 days offsite working from the comfort of your home office

  • Flexible 8-hour shifts within the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM support window:

    • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    • 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM



Call volumes typically slow down after 5:00 PM, providing a smoother pace as you wind down your day. This flexibility allows you to customize your schedule to fit your lifestyle while meeting the needs of our customers.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate who brings energy, expertise, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

Essential Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • At least 6 months of customer service or support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English (required)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and professionally

  • Efficient researching and troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify solutions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Teams and Outlook

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays as needed

  • Solid work history demonstrating reliability and dependability

  • Reliable at-home internet and a distraction-free workspace for remote days

  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift within the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window

Preferred Qualifications (Standing Out):


  • Knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles

  • Prior work experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels

  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, engineering, IT, or a similar discipline

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or online order support
