- Call Categorization: Accurately categorize all incoming calls using the designated categories provided, ensuring proper documentation and routing for follow-up actions when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including noting any abusive or extraordinary calls as required by protocol, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Policy and Procedure Adherence: Maintain a thorough understanding of all applicable policies and procedures, demonstrating the ability to apply them consistently across diverse call scenarios.

Pay Rate

Scheduling
We offer full-time day shifts only, with schedules available between 6:00 AM CST and 10:00 PM CST. You can pick your own set schedule that fits your lifestyle! Please note that this position requires working at least one weekend day to ensure comprehensive coverage for the families we serve.
