Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and chat communications with clients, building trust through product knowledge and determining their unique insurance needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Remote Work: Work 100% remotely with schedules available in either 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST. Late shift positions come with increased shift differential pay.
- Training Completion: Successfully complete a comprehensive 6-week remote training program, adhering to arenaflex guidelines and demonstrating proficiency in our systems and processes.
- Service Request Processing: Process various service requests by working directly with insurance carriers and accurately documenting all transactions on the agency portal.
- Problem Resolution: Develop strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively and professionally.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with peers, leadership, and other departments to ensure we service each caller's needs comprehensively.
- Inquiry Management: Work with clients to respond to inquiries including billing questions, policy changes, coverage inquiries, and other related concerns.
- Professional Development: Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Operations Manager to continuously improve performance and skills.
- License Opportunity: Have the opportunity to obtain a P&C (Property & Casualty) license after one year of employment, a valuable credential in the insurance industry.
- Schedule Flexibility: Accommodate flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to meet business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
