Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our comprehensive product and service offerings to confidently assist customers, answer their questions, and promote appropriate solutions that meet their needs.

  • Administrative Support: Serve as the primary "go-to" administrative resource for the sales team, which includes managing the general sales mailbox, responding to website inquiries promptly, and maintaining a professional and positive customer service attitude at all times.

  • Lead Management: Enter leads for the sales team with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up in our CRM system.

  • Quote Generation: Prepare and provide quotes through our CRM system for prospective customers via phone calls, email, or website inquiries, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Order Processing: Follow up on purchase orders and process returns according to documented procedures, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with each sales team member and the training department to assist with pending projects, customer issues, and special initiatives.

  • Sales Development: Pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling efforts, actively contributing to revenue growth.

  • Account Research: Research accounts, identify key decision-makers and influencers, and generate interest for upsell opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:


  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, military veteran status, or equivalent relevant experience that demonstrates the skills required for this position.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, demonstrating proficiency in navigating the platform, entering data consistently, and utilizing its core functionalities.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales or sales support role within related industries, specifically including product sales to Government agencies, military organizations, first responders, and/or the CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences including peers, managers, and customers.

  • Strong business writing skills with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and professional tone.

  • Exceptional time management and project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy even under pressure.

  • A process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow documented procedures consistently and comfort working within established frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be considered a plus:


  • Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.

  • Familiarity with additional CRM platforms beyond NetSuite.

  • Background in emergency preparedness, disaster relief, or public safety industries.

  • Experience with government contracting and procurement processes.
