This is a permanent work-from-home position open to candidates located in the Pacific Standard Time (PST), Central Standard Time (CST), or Mountain Standard Time (MST) time zones. We are offering a competitive $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, plus an additional $2,000 bonus after 180 days of employment. (Note: These bonuses are not applicable to current internal employees of arenaflex or its affiliated business groups. Bonuses are only applicable to specific positions, locations, and business groups as detailed in the job posting.)

What You'll Do
As a Remote Medicare Member Services Representative, you will be the friendly voice and knowledgeable resource that our Medicare members count on every day. Your role is vital in ensuring that our members receive the support, information, and care they deserve. Here's what you can expect in this role:
Key Responsibilities
- Member Education: Educate plan members on their Medicare benefits, explaining coverage details, enrollment periods, and plan options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Question Resolution: Answer questions and address concerns related to prescription drugs, doctor visits, hospital stays, and other health care services covered under Medicare plans.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring that each member's needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Compliant Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all member interactions, following established guidelines and best practices.
- Empathetic Service: Provide empathetic, member-centric service that puts the member's needs first and demonstrates genuine compassion for their situation.
- Exceeding Expectations: Strive to exceed member expectations with every interaction, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Education: High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
- Military Experience: Equivalent military experience will also be considered in lieu of other qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a call center, health care, or related field is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment processes is a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is beneficial.

Pay Information
The pay range for this position is:
- Minimum: $17.00 per hour
- Maximum: $27.16 per hour
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, new hires are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 bonus after 180 days of employment.
