Position Overview
We are currently hiring hundreds of Customer Service Representatives to join our Pharmacy Benefit Management division. This full-time position offers an exciting blend of flexibility and stability, allowing you to balance your personal priorities while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our organization to plan members who need assistance with their prescription insurance benefits. Your role is crucial in helping individuals understand their coverage, navigate the complexities of prescription medications, and access the care they need to live healthier lives.
Location Requirements: You must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV to be considered for this position. Initial training will be conducted on-site, after which you may have the opportunity to work from home based on performance and meeting our Work from Home criteria.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from plan members seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit questions and concerns
- Answering questions regarding prescription insurance coverage, medication benefits, and available options
- Providing comprehensive information about mail order prescription services and how members can utilize this convenient option
- Explaining coverage details in a clear, concise manner that helps members understand their benefits and make informed decisions
- Offering solutions that simplify the healthcare experience and address member concerns effectively

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Customer service experience: Minimum of 1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment

- Location requirement: Must reside within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV
