What You'll Do
As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative working the night shift from your home office, you'll be the frontline hero for customers seeking technical assistance and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. Here's what you can expect:
- Provide Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, following established call flow guides and troubleshooting protocols.
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and client products including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and other consumer electronics.
- Document Customer Interactions: Accurately track, document, and retrieve customer information in our database systems to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Problem-Solving Excellence: Be an amazing problem-solver who can think on your feet and find creative solutions to challenging customer issues.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain broad and current knowledge of client products and services, with particular emphasis on iOS, MacOS, and comparable technology platforms.

- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free dedicated workspace in your home that allows you to focus fully on customer interactions.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge, including proficiency with common software applications and operating systems.
