We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to become an integral part of our family engagement team. What You'll Be Doing

  • Exceptional Customer Service Delivery: Provide outstanding support via email, phone, and live chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly. You'll be the first point of contact for families, and your ability to listen, empathize, and act decisively will ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by anticipating their needs and ensuring their complete satisfaction. You'll go above and beyond to understand each family's unique situation and tailor your support accordingly.
  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement throughout the summer season. Your proactive approach will help families feel valued and supported every step of the way.
  • Documentation and Improvement: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and monitor feedback to identify areas for improvement. Your insights will help us continuously enhance our services and create better experiences for families.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to meet customer needs and drive process improvements. You'll be a key contributor to our collaborative environment, sharing insights and contributing to overall team success.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects that support the customer happiness team, including research initiatives and system development projects. Your diverse skills and willingness to tackle new challenges will be invaluable.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or a related field

  • Experience working with families or in educational settings

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Position Details


  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays

  • Employment Type: Seasonal position (Part-time or Full-time)

  • Work Location: Remote – work from anywhere!

  • Compensation: $20 per hour
