Your Role: Making Tax Season Less Taxing

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in helping TurboTax users successfully complete one of their most important annual tasks: filing their taxes. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Providing exceptional phone support to TurboTax customers who need assistance navigating the software

  • Guiding customers through the process of locating and retrieving prior year tax returns and amendments

Earnings Potential: Your Hard Work Deserves Recognition

  • Base Rate: Earn up to $19 per hour, depending on your performance and experience level

  • Incentive Opportunities: During the peak tax season (April 8-15, 2024), earn additional hourly premiums:

    • April 8-11: $3/hour extra for 12+ hours, $4/hour extra for 16+ hours, $5/hour extra for 20+ hours

    • April 12-14: $5/hour extra for 20+ hours

    • April 15 (Tax Day): $10/hour extra for 5+ hours



  • Average Earnings: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics typically earn $16-$19/hour during peak times (January-April) and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak periods

  • Guaranteed Minimum: Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes pay for each hour they are available

Note: Compensation details are based on the 2024 tax season and may vary for future seasons.

This is a contractual position. The relationship between you and arenaflex is that of an independent contractor, not an employer-employee relationship. Key points to understand:
