Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our End-to-End Delivery Analytics team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving actionable insights that shape the future of our delivery operations. You'll work with massive datasets from customer and driver applications, build compelling dashboards, and conduct root cause analyses that directly influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst on our E2E Delivery team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading ad-hoc research and analysis to address critical business questions related to capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation efficiency


• Designing and building executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into delivery performance metrics and KPIs


• Developing statistical models and conducting root cause analyses to identify opportunities for operational improvement


• Planning and executing retail tests including A/B tests for new customer features such as expedited shipping options


• Analyzing delivery performance to determine the primary reasons for late deliveries and recommend corrective actions


• Evaluating store and market performance to identify best practices and areas requiring intervention


• Creating compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive analyses


• Conducting exploratory research including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis to validate business assumptions


• Automating recurring tasks and developing monitoring processes that proactively alert key stakeholders to emerging trends or issues


• Supporting strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations that inform executive decision-making

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field


• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation


• Visualization Skills: Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms


• Analytical Capabilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks


• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences


• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of how data insights connect to business outcomes and strategic objectives
