What You'll Be Doing

As a Document Processing Specialist (Data Entry Clerk), you will be responsible for supporting the efficient flow of documentation through our client's operations. Your primary duties will include receiving incoming test documents and materials, preparing them for digital processing, and uploading completed scans into the system for electronic grading and archival purposes.

Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Document Reception: Receive incoming test materials and documentation, ensuring proper handling and organization from the moment they arrive.

  • Preparation for Scanning: Review and prepare documents for scanning, ensuring they are properly organized, free of damage, and ready for digital conversion.

  • Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Assignment Duration: Approximately 1 month (with potential for extension based on business needs)

  • Dress Code: Business casual attire required
