Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our administrative team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring the highest level of data integrity, and providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter customer information, account details, and business records from various source documents into our centralized database systems. This includes maintaining up-to-date profiles, contact information, and transaction histories for all client accounts.
- SKU & Pricing Administration: Efficiently input new product SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and pricing information into our inventory management system. You will ensure that all product data is correctly formatted, categorized, and synchronized across all relevant platforms.
- Data Verification & Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures by cross-referencing all entered data with original source materials. Identify and rectify any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors to maintain the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.
- Salesforce System Management: Upload and organize documents, backup records, and supporting documentation within our Salesforce CRM system. Maintain proper file naming conventions, folder structures, and ensure all records are properly indexed for easy retrieval.
- Accounts Receivable Monitoring: Monitor the aging of accounts receivable, prepare and process invoices accurately, and facilitate the collection process by working closely with our finance team. Track payment statuses and maintain clear documentation of all financial transactions.
- Purchase Order Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of purchase orders, ensuring that all orders match corresponding invoices and delivery documentation. Identify any variances and work to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Inventory Verification: Perform weekly physical counts of product labels and inventory items, comparing physical counts against system records. Report any discrepancies and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with various office operations as needed.
- Special Projects: Support team initiatives and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Essential Qualifications
