The Role: Data Entry Operator & Telecalling Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Call Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all incoming and outgoing calls, updating customer records and documenting interactions accurately.

  • Target Achievement: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
