What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our marketing team, you will take ownership of real-time customer interactions while contributing to process improvements and team knowledge. Here's what your daily work will look like:
- Live Chat Excellence: Engage with website visitors in real-time through our live chat platform, providing immediate responses to inquiries about our products, services, pricing, and project capabilities. You'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex.
- Lead Qualification & Management: Identify and capture marketing qualified leads by understanding customer needs, project timelines, and budget considerations. Accurately enter lead information into our CRM system to ensure seamless handoff to our sales team.
- Salesforce.com Administration: Manage leads within Salesforce.com, transitioning qualified opportunities to Sales Managers with detailed notes and context that set up successful conversations.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of arenaflex's comprehensive portfolio of modular building solutions, workforce accommodation options, and digital marketplace services. Stay current on product features, promotional offers, and frequently asked questions.
- Content Development: Create and refine canned responses that address common customer inquiries. Enhance the tagging system within our live chat platform to improve reporting and analytics.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey. Develop and communicate innovative ideas for improving response times, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators including response time, customer satisfaction scores, chat volume, and scheduling metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize your performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and marketing colleagues to ensure alignment on lead quality, messaging consistency, and customer experience standards.
