Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director who will serve as a dedicated business partner for Operations, Account Management, and Sales team. This role reports to the Sr. Director of FP&A and involves two main responsibilities: managing the monthly business financial review by highlighting performance drivers, risks, and recommending solutions, and maintaining the revenue forecast model as a strategic planning tool. You will work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable analysis and problem-solving support for growth and operational excellence, while ensuring a clear and accurate picture of financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue forecast modeling — build, maintain, and continuously improve the end-to-end model that drives business planning
- Monthly business financial reviews — own preparation, presentation, and narrative for leadership, surfacing key performance drivers and risks
- Business partnership — serve as the primary finance resource for Sales, Operations, and Account Management, delivering timely, decision-ready analysis
- Reporting & tooling — oversee Power BI dashboards and revenue tracking infrastructure to keep teams informed on client financials and bookings
- AI & automation — drive adoption of AI-powered FP&A tools to eliminate manual work and expand the team’s analytical capacity
- Ad-hoc analysis — rapidly synthesize data and deliver actionable insights for high-priority business questions
