- Payment Processing: Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in our PRIMS and Process Manager systems with precision and timeliness, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the appropriate financial databases.
- Financial Tracking: Track, maintain, and update weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence, creating comprehensive records that support auditing and reporting requirements.
- Historical Data Management: Index, correct, and post historic payments as required, helping to maintain accurate historical records that are essential for financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
- EFT Payment Management: Manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for Electronic Funds Transfer payments from pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring all EFT transactions are properly documented and reconciled.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Process Improvement: Support departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows, contributing ideas and participating in projects that enhance operational effectiveness.
