Job Overview

We are seeking a DTP & QA Team Lead to oversee our in-house Desktop Publishing (DTP) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams (6 direct reports).

This role combines strong technical DTP expertise with leadership and process rigor. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient multilingual production workflows while strengthening documentation, accountability, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of QA and DTP specialists.


• Conduct 1:1s, performance management, and structured feedback.


• Set clear KPIs and productivity standards.

Quality & Production Oversight

• Ensure formatting accuracy and compliance with client standards.


• Oversee multilingual layouts (RTL, CJK, text expansion, etc.).


• Act as escalation point for formatting and quality issues.

Process & Optimization

• Build and document scalable workflows.


• Improve productivity and reduce rework.


• Drive operational rigor and measurable improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization/multilingual production.


• Strong hands-on DTP expertise (Adobe InDesign required).


• Experience with complex multilingual layouts.


• 2+ years leading teams (performance management required).


• Experience improving processes and documenting workflows.


• Advanced English.
