  • Internet Connection: High-speed wired internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity and real-time support delivery. Important: Mobile home internet (including T-Mobile, Verizon, and similar services) and satellite internet service are not permitted.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system. Some client programs may accept AppleOS, but Windows is strongly preferred for maximum compatibility.

  • Security Software: Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed to protect your system and ensure secure data handling.

  • Mobile Device: A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, including authentication apps needed for secure login and verification purposes.
