presence behind every client interaction.<br>From managing shared inboxes (hello@, care@, accounting@, tax@) to guiding clients through onboarding and offboarding, you ensure every message is clear, timely, and aligned.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You don’t just respond — you create structure.<br>You build SOPs, refine templates, and design workflows that make things easier not just for today, but for the long run.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You also keep everything connected — aligning schedules, tracking details, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Marketing Execution</strong> — You turn ideas into consistent output</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You take ownership of the content calendar and make sure it actually happens.<br>Not just planned — executed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You schedule, publish, and keep things moving using tools role not as “support,” but as ownership.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Strong experience managing client communications end-to-end<br>• Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding and process documentation<br>• Proven ability to manage and execute content calendars<br>• Clear, professional, and thoughtful written communication<br>• Experience building SOPs, templates, and structured workflows<br>• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven<br>• Comfortable using Google Workspace (experience with Canopy or Social Pilot is a plus)<br>• Ability to work independently, take
