We're seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our team at arenaflex. As an Expeditor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management. You'll work closely with external vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of materials
- Work with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise
- Provide past-due notifications to vendors and manage inventory levels to meet the company's material goals
- Handle maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to ensure the timely delivery of materials
- Provide transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Revise FMR (Flight Material Report) or log pages with current vehicle data, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Create and revise Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams to ensure visibility and transparency
- Stay up-to-date with relevant purchasing records and information within purchasing software programs
- Assist Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, ensuring smooth communication and resolution
- Collaborate with internal divisions and vendors to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity
- Assist supervisors in resolving receipt issues and work with Vendor Managers to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/organizational skills
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role or production network understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Long-term postgraduate education in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Finance
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
