About the Role


We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Bolivia. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Key Responsibilities



  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform.

  • Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.

  • Seller Enablement and Support: Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.

Primary Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives through a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Enjoy promoting nascent products/offers into new markets.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • Commercial Acumen: Remarkable commercial judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data.
  • Leadership and Time Management: Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with the following preferred qualifications:

  • E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Purchaser Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics industry is a plus.
  • Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
