  • *Job Responsibilities:**

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Client record and relationship management, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieving planned sales targets within assigned client accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive new business opportunities across the verticals of RWE Clinical.
  • Managing preliminary business activities, including patient enrollment, Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), HEOR, and epidemiological studies, post-marketing studies.
  • Collaborating with sales teams, finance, and other internal support capabilities to drive business and achieve sales approval targets.
  • Proactively identifying and qualifying valuable opportunities, including defining solutions and prescribing pricing structures to meet critical objectives.
  • Acting as the primary contact until project kick-off, then coordinating with relevant business areas to ensure successful execution.
  • Leading and assisting in the delivery of the response to proposal cycle with the proposal team and conveying in a timely manner to clients.
  • Coordinating Bid Guard methodology, ensuring designated offering lines up with client goals.
  • Leading efforts to close potential clients for clinical trials as part of the target sales targets.
  • Responsible for allocated client account and identifying potential opportunities within existing clients to increase account infiltration.
  • Providing a collaborative client-facing, critical thinking environment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Systems to enhance arenaflex's clinical trials market leadership.
  • *Essential Capabilities:**
  • Strong logical, sales, or marketing foundation with a focus in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Demonstrated history of creating mid-and senior-level business contacts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and fully integrate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and follow up to grow connections and business potential opportunities.
  • A strong understanding of Clinical Trials, Decentralized Trials, and RWE trends.
  • Proven insight in identifying and creating potential customers, making professional presentations, handling the sales cycle through close, and managing agreement exchanges.
  • Familiarity with sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience working with internal or external resources to develop procedures that meet office objectives within budget and established timelines.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
