We are currently seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team in Peru. About This Role
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our third-party (3P) marketplace presence in the United States. You will be chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that bring new product selections, competitive pricing, and unparalleled convenience to our customers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our marketplace development team, you will:
- Develop Deep Market Insights: Build a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality trends, global market developments, and competitive activities. You'll continuously monitor competitor efforts and identify emerging opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.
- Drive Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, industry events, and compelling presentations. You'll be the face of arenaflex for prospective partners and play a crucial role in expanding our seller network.
- Enable Seller Success: Guide sellers through the onboarding process and share industry best practices for online selling. You'll provide data-driven insights that help sellers achieve exceptional delivery standards, outstanding customer experience, and meet their business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues promptly. You'll serve as a bridge between our sellers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and mutual success.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Analyze product selection gaps and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players. Your work will directly impact our ability to offer the broadest selection of products to customers.
- Performance Optimization: Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling approaches and solution-focused processes. You'll constantly seek ways to improve seller performance and drive revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused selling methodologies.
- Experience in launching nascent products or services into new markets is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Exceptional business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of e-commerce experience working with online marketplaces or retail platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- Familiarity with seller onboarding processes and marketplace operations.
