• *Responsibilities**

As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing Marketing Mix Models for various business initiatives, leveraging advanced statistical methodologies to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
• Transforming version outcomes into actionable insights, helping our partners understand historical media effects and trends in media performance.
• Creating and delivering insightful analytic displays that provide consultative paths to key stakeholders, driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions.
• Building and maintaining various statistical models for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products business initiatives and business problems, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Performing exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and validate data, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in R or Python for data mining and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex analytics to senior leadership.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining and analytics.
• Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm.
• Knowledge of marketing or media blend modeling.
• Expertise in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• *Required Education**

• Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research.

• *Preferred Education**

• Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research.

• *Compensation and Benefits**

The base pay provided will be commensurate with internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
